Chad Hooker joined Fulcrum Equity Partners in 2015.  He is focused on evaluating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence on companies that meet the Fund’s criteria and supporting portfolio companies with their growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Fulcrum, Chad worked at CHILDS Advisory Partners, a middle-market investment bank in Atlanta, GA, where he provided M&A and capital raising advisory services to a variety of technology, healthcare and business services clients.  His previous career experience also includes equity research coverage of infrastructure software and security companies at Stephens, Inc.

He received a BA from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, where he graduated with honors, and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Outside of Fulcrum, Chad is on the Young Leadership Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta.
